Named.
Sixty thousand children this year. Every one of them with a name. All month long, everything given in their honor is doubled.
given toward the $250,000 match
Totals include our faithful monthly givers. If you already give monthly, your November gift counts toward the match automatically.
Every dollar
becomes two.
That’s a number too big to hold onto, too big to grasp. And we may well pass it before the year is out.
So we’re not asking you to feel a number. We’re asking you to hear their names.
Every child who steps onto the property is written into a daily log: their name, their age, their story. Each one is known. Each one is seen.
From November 1 to 30, an anonymous friend of LIVE2540 will match every dollar given, every LOVE. Store purchase and every gift of stock, dollar for dollar, up to $250,000.
Every child
is written
in the log.
Behind the sixty thousand are children like these. All month long we’ll share their names and their stories, one at a time.
Hannah… oh, how I love Hannah.
Hannah lives at His Safe Haven, a ministry LIVE2540 supports. Our good friends Scott and Christina Hoffman started it in 2008 for children with special needs who had been neglected, orphaned or abandoned. There, they’re loved. They get therapy, good food, and time with people who see them as equals… as God’s gifts.
Every time I visit, the first thing I do is go find Hannah. That smile could turn around the worst day you’ve ever had. She’s a gift to everybody who meets her, and I’m so grateful she’s cared for 24/7.

Ali was the first kid I really connected with on that first trip. He lived in an orphanage with about 60 other children.
When I came back the next time, I called out his name. He turned around and grinned ear to ear.
In a home with 60 kids, it’s rare anybody remembers your name. A friendship was born right there.
That was ten years ago. I’ve gotten to watch him grow into a young man. LIVE2540 supporters have helped keep him fed, in school and in a safe home. Every time I see him healthy and happy, I just thank God.

I’m a mom of two, and both of my kids have had their own medical journeys. We live right down the road from Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, some of the best medical care in the world. In five years of being a mom, there hasn’t been a week I haven’t relied on it. I can’t imagine not having that care for my sick child, but that’s the reality for the mothers I was about to meet.
When we pulled up to Jesus Loves Me, I saw that big white building on top of the hill, and it filled me with hope for every one of those moms.
Our last day there was the most important day of my whole trip. That was the day I met Faith.
He was in the first bed I saw. You would have thought there was only a little pile of clothes on the bed, not a child. Zach sat down at the foot of Faith’s bed, and I sat next to him. Then I watched Zach pray over him. I replay that moment in my head a lot.
Here was a boy who had been abandoned by his own parents, lying in a building filled with the love of Jesus, feeling the love of Christ through a father’s hand in prayer. And God let me give him a mother’s love too. He let me pray a mother’s prayer over Faith.
Faith went home to Jesus that same day. From the day he came to His Safe Haven until his very last, he knew only love: the love and prayers of mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters in Christ.
That day can still make me sad, but it always brings me back to hope. Every child who lays their head on one of those beds, every child who meets our nurses and doctors in the outpatient clinic, and every child who lives up the hill at His Safe Haven meets the love of Jesus through the people who care for them.
Faith was named. Faith was known. Faith was loved.

I fell in love with Christopher before I ever met him.
I was just a few weeks into my new role with LIVE2540 in June 2026 when we received news of Christopher. He has cerebral palsy, most likely the result of a birth injury, and had been abandoned in the forest in Liberia. Vulnerable. Alone. Left to die.
Sadly, stories like Christopher’s are far too common in a culture where children with special needs are often viewed as a curse rather than the precious gifts they are. My heart broke for this beautiful little boy. And through his story, I learned something profound: God can plant a child in your heart, and once He does, that child stays.
Since then, I’ve had a front-row seat to watch God bring beauty from ashes in Christopher’s life. Today, he has a home at His Safe Haven, a Ma (and indeed an entire community) who loves him, and access to the therapy and medical care he desperately needs. But perhaps most importantly, he is surrounded by people who see him for who he truly is: a treasured and beloved child of God.
In July, I finally had the gift of meeting Christopher and holding him in my arms. What a precious moment! He is thriving in his new home, and when I visited again in October, the changes were unmistakable. He looks stronger and healthier, and he can now sometimes track with his eyes. Each small step forward is a beautiful reminder of what love, care, and hope can do.
I wish I could fully express what it means to witness this transformation. The little boy who was once abandoned and left alone is now surrounded by love. His story is being rewritten, not because his circumstances define his worth, but because he is finally being given the opportunity to live, grow, and be cherished as he always deserved.
Love is transforming Christopher. And through his life, God is reminding me that no child is forgotten, no life is without value, and no story is beyond His ability to redeem.
God knew his name all along. And now, so do I.

His Safe Haven Village
A home for children with special needs, where every child is known by name, cared for every day and given room to become who God made them to be.
What your gift
becomes.
Every gift given by November 30 is matched dollar for dollar, so this month it covers twice the care.
Care for a child
$38 is the average monthly cost of care for one child treated at the Jesus Loves Me Children’s Center. Given in November, it’s matched, so a second child’s care is covered too.
Treat malaria
Sponsor a month of malaria treatment for 50 children. Given in November, it’s matched, so 50 more children are treated.
Support a nurse
Sponsor a month of salary for a nurse at the Jesus Loves Me clinic. Given in November, it’s matched, so a second nurse’s salary is covered too.
Sponsor a bed
The Jesus Loves Me Children’s Center has 50 inpatient beds, and they’re always full. Your gift keeps a bed staffed, stocked and ready for the next critically ill child. Given in November, it’s matched, so a second bed is covered too.
Hear their names.
Double your gift.
Every dollar, every LOVE. Store purchase and every gift of stock this month is matched, so twice as much care reaches the children of Liberia.
