The Numbers Are Real
Sixty to seventy thousand children this year. It's a number too big to hold onto — too big to feel.
Every child who steps onto the property is written into a daily log — a name, an age, a story. Tonight, we're bringing a few of those names with us. Because once you've heard a child's name and seen their face, you can't turn away.
Two Ministries, One Family
Every name you hear tonight belongs to a child cared for on the Jesus Loves Me compound in Gbarnga, Liberia — whether through the medical care of Jesus Loves Me Children's Center, or the family-based, Christ-centered care of His Safe Haven Village, a special needs ministry providing safety and dignity to children in a culture that often stigmatizes disability.
Family Homes
Each Family Home has a trained and loving foster mother caring for our special needs children every single day — providing stability, nurturing, and a true sense of family.
Care & Connection
Foster mothers and village staff build deep bonds with every child — ensuring no one feels alone or unseen. Joy, dignity, and purpose are woven into daily life at the village.
Medical & Nutrition
Missionary physician assistants oversee individualized medical care for each child, while a dedicated cook team ensures every resident receives balanced, nutritious meals daily.
