Walker Phillips played with everything he had — in sports, with his friends, in every room he walked into. He loved fully and lived fully, and the people who knew him felt it. The children at the Jesus Loves Me Children’s Center in Liberia aren’t there yet. They aren’t whole. They aren’t healed. But they could be — and that’s exactly what Walker’s 15th birthday is about.
