LIVE2540 is a Christian nonprofit committed to providing free, quality, and compassionate healthcare to children in Liberia. Through hospital partnerships, surgical programs, and long-term nutritional care, we aim to bring life-saving help to the most vulnerable—one child at a time.

The LOVE. Store is our fair-trade retail initiative that directly supports this mission. Every item we sell—especially our globally loved “Best Shirt On Earth”—helps fund care for children in need.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and mission-minded Content Coordinator to join our team part-time. This individual will manage and execute all email marketing, social media content, and newsletters for both the LIVE2540 mission and LOVE. Store brand. This position is ideal for a skilled communicator who thrives in a nonprofit environment and understands how to engage diverse audiences with frequent, compelling storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Scheduling

• Plan, write, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and more as needed)

• Curate and repurpose stories, photos, and testimonials from Liberia and U.S.-based initiatives

• Design and deploy email marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp

• Manage and produce monthly newsletters for LIVE2540 and LOVE. Store audiences

Brand Messaging & Storytelling

• Ensure consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all content channels

• Develop content calendars for ongoing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to support broader campaign goals

LOVE. Store Website Management & Merchandising

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the LOVE. Store website

  • Create and update product pages—including writing clear, on-brand product descriptions and ensuring consistent product categorization and formatting

  • Photograph new inventory and merchandise to maintain a fresh and professional online presence

  • Assist with shirt mockups and design assets—especially when primary staff are unavailable

  • Ensure that website elements such as image sizes, product tags, and featured banners are current and cohesive

Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and messages with warmth and professionalism

• Identify and implement growth strategies for followers and engagement

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report key performance metrics for email and social content

• Make recommendations for optimization based on data and engagement trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for LIVE2540’s mission and a heart for storytelling with purpose

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

• Experience managing social media accounts and email campaigns for a brand or organization

• Familiarity with content tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects, Illustrator, and  Premier

• Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently

HOURS & SCHEDULE

• This is starting as a part-time role requiring up to 30 hours per week

• Flexible schedule with in-person collaboration in Cartersville, GA

• Occasional evening/weekend availability for campaign deadlines or events
